Great app! No problems yet

This app is horrible. First, BA makes you download in order to get a ticket on your phone, and then I enter my reference number...that I JUST used to check in with on their website, and they say they cant find me. No way to get in touch with them. No way to resolve the problem. Guess Im going to have to go to the counter, as I dont have access to a printer, to print the boarding pass that I was ALREADY issued.

Its good and easy to use. Better then some other airlines.

One-stop shop for all my booking needs

The best app from an airline Ive used. Automatically adds upcoming flights to the app, and the check in process is s breeze!

Nothing wrong with the app but the BA systems are complex and waste ages of ones time asking questions like your passport number, address, email address etc when they have it on your profile (many times over). Then the backend system are often "unable to process your request at this time".

I have only used it to check in and it was seamless. Also major kudos for making it extremely easy to change seats. Boarding pass syncs well with iPhone wallet.

It continuously asks for my information which I entered correctly many times and it just continues asking for it. It did not allowed me to select my seat even when it was possible

The app is simple and easy to use, check-in using the app is simple and intuitive.

I have the Us Airways app and its so much easier. It surpriises me it had a low rating. It was quick and simple to put boarding passes on the wallet. This App, however, is terrible. This has to be changed so its possible to add boarding passes to the wallet.

I fly frequently on BA and always use this App to download boarding passes and add them to my Apple wallet. Recently, I also used the App (instead of my laptop) to book both Transatlantic flights and EU flights. Everything worked well, and I didnt need to repeat information repeatedly (as one reviewer mentioned). I dont understand the haters of this App. It works better than fine 90% of the time, which is much better than other airline apps I have used. I have had trouble when checking on codeshare flights -- for example, when I booked a flight on BA to Madrid, but the flight was operated by Iberia. When I tried to check in and get my boarding pass, I suddenly needed to know Spanish. (I guessed, and somehow managed to check in and get my pass.) I would love for this App to tell me where the nearest BA lounges are when I am in an airport, and to address hiccups like the above. But otherwise, this is a very functional App.

Latest update brings cool new functions. I saw my upgrade in the app before I arrived at the airport.

I use often and find it works but not reliably and not completely. Many aspects work fine but these are the less complex activities. Finding bookings made through the web system is not always reliable and the users account does not update automatically forcing the need to find the booking reference number. Also check in gives an error that systems are not responding and you are urged to try again. However, check in has completed and the boarding pass has been issued and after a short period is issued and can be accessed. There is a long standing message re systems update and encouragement to use the app or online means which leaves the user confused at first but is best simply ignored.

Very easy to use and nice to be able to see other features like choosing seats and seeing entertainment and weather.

So helpful. We can check in, choose seats, check flight status, get boarding pass. Love it!!

I have an upcoming flight with two legs. After getting the boarding pass for the first leg, I could never get a boarding pass for the second (major) leg, even by logging into the BA web site with the app. I keep being taken back to the first leg of my flight. Come on, BA, dont make everone waste time with an inferior app and without recourse for downloading boarding pass for smart phone any other way. Ditch the crummy app and operate from your web site.
