Really easy to used,

Impossible dafficher mon billet sur wallet dommage

Who decided to change how the app must behave at BA ? This new version has two major bugs: the app doesnt update the flights if we changed them on a laptop, unable to refresh need to disconnect and reconnect. And the way to get the boarding pass in the wallet is now a big mess, why changing what was working very well before, there is now a rolling menu, for finally tell you that the boarding is on another screen !!! Do the app developers to be frequent flyers, dont think so ???? Please make the update, the previous version was working very well so why did you change it ????

Still a very good app overall. But there is still issues when importing a booking.... Quite annoying. Otherwise, the app do its job

While the app is meaningfully better than competing airlines (whose app are generally very weak), the BA app is bugging way too often. Example of recurring bug over past 12 months is the "white boarding passes" in wallet (should be gold for gold members, grey for silver members etc) which requires to remove and reinstall the app (the color saves time for entry in lounges, access to fast track lanes etc). I have to do this once every +/- 1.5 months. This is too much, please improve reliability!

Convenient, friendly user, all what I need !!

Online works on pc. On mobile I am forced to use ba apps that is an abuse and it doesnt work. I am obligé to return to my pc and send me the boarding pass as PDF Really bad

After the last update I cant manage to make a check in or see the flight that I booked. The app its now much cleaner but it doesnt work!

It must communicate more easily with Iphones Passbook.

It really helps whos traveling! Great to be reminded when the check in is open and very fast to let you know the boarding gate! Also good to have easy access to the boarding pass.

Although this issue should be already fixed in the new version I still cannot add my booking.
