The app is indeed simple and user-friendly.

Airline apps are notoriously bad. The BA app is by far the best of the apps Ive used for an airline.

The BA mobile app does what its supposed to do, and thats a rarity in the airline app space. Booking and check-in, the two key functions a frequent traveller needs in a mobile app, the BA app does quite smoothly. A better-than-usual integration with iOS Wallet is a cherry on top.

Pretty poor app in terms of usability. Nothing works. Looks nice but useless.

This app has to be the worst app in the world. It wont let you choose your seat after you check in. I am an executive member and my seat preference is on my profile( wimfow) but for some reasons it puts me in the middle even if I am the only passenger in the plane. The worst part is it didnt even give me a chance to choose my seat. Unbelievable...... Very Frustrating......

App crashes all the time. The seat selector function is awful. Even booking is cumbersome.

It was always some glitches earlier, now I bought a new phone and no matter what, just cant login ..... BA please hire some people who not geeks and understands basic people needs on tech..... Thx

Excellent app which makes flying much easier!

Rapid checkin and use of Wallet for boarding cards really simple. Quite an impressive mobile application

Compared to the US carriers, this app needs a lot of improvement. No notifications for flight status and gates, no baggage tracking capability. No ability to get text/gate updates. Useless for international boarding passes. If I need to see an agent then dont give me the option to check in on the app.

The latest update will not load. My IOS is up to date.

Another update and still no ability to store the Avios card in Apple Passbook. Cant log in. Cant get boarding passes. Errors everywhere. But then, their website is the same.

This made my international travel much easier!!!

One of best apps I have used. You can do everything from booking tickets to reserving a seat and check in online. I even got my boarding pass and flew without carrying a paper boarding pass.

The app is quite good but the widget does not work or even show up for some reason...

I have used this many times. Its excellent - especially the way it stores your boarding pass and presents to you when you switch on the phone!
