Wasted 10 minutes trying to register, then trying to retrieve password only to get "our servers are not responding" message. Joke.

Very usefull.

You can easily check in, change seats, download your boarding pass. The difficulty is when you travel with other people - make sure that when you enter your common reservation number you put in your own name (otherwise it will download you that other persons boarding pass on your device). Otherwise - perfect!

Optimize this app for iphone 5/Ipod Touch 5, please, for full 4.0 Screen! ...Also, the app is unable to boot at my device =(

I tried to check in for a flight to the U.S., and the app failed to add passenger details, saying that "there is a problem with your data", without saying what exactly is wrong. It is a sign of bad software development and bad QA process. I had to check in on a laptop, and it totally undermines the whole meaning of a mobile app. Worst user experience ever. Shame on BA!

Apart from buggy and not user friendly check-in you cant change seats afterwards
