Nice piece of work. Intuitive and fast.

This app fares poorly compared to competing ones. Rarely can you use it when in Asia or Africa, most airports there dont accept e-passes, plus the system refuses to check you in most of the time. Furthermore the interface is often confusing and tries to force your language to be that of your country.

Everything is there from flight update notification to great passbook integration

Everything you can expect from an airline app

Comprehensive, intuitive, easy. Does away with paper boarding cards. I love it - just like the airline. Up to BA standards.

Smooth and fluid, nice background pictures and easy to use. Sometimes a bit cluttered with adverts - but they open up ideas too so ok.

The best check in app of all airlines

Could be a Good app if the online check in was straight forward.

Easy and quite fast app

This is a great app. As well as looking nice it actually does what it is supposed to: helps save time in a really user-friendly way by being practical and intuitive. Well done and thank you for smooth check-in experience British Airways!

Very good app

Took me 3 hours to check in ! app required my full passport details + my LANDLINE to allow me further in the extremely cumbersome check in process. To finish, it does not want to save my comments. Very upset vs this useless, inquisitorial app. Would save time to collect tickets at the airport old school instead

User friendly interface and easy to use

As I said in the title and even if you make it wrong , it will check in correctly.

Too heavy, not ergonomic not possible to save passenger info in executive profile.
