Simple, straightforward. Nice app

Cant choose seats; the layout is not displayed properly. I had to do it from desktop..

Could not access and download second flight boarding passes using the BA app. Had to use computer and print to paper. Had to exit the booking in the app after getting mobile version of boarding pass for first passenger on first flight, then re-enter reference number and name to see the name of second passenger to access pass for second passenger on that first flight. Too much back and forth an data re-entry.

Clear, concise & convenient. The way all airline apps should be.

App seems to be fine, but it is not opening 24 hours before flight as it promised to do. Hence good seats not available unless you cough up 80 bucks. Maybe thats by design which is sad!

Great travel assistant. Information is easy to retrieve, can manage boarding passes efficiently. Doesnt keep login and/or passport travellers info on file/in app memory... Too bad.

Fun to use with so much useful up to date travel information. Makes traveling fun and simple!

Very good and easy to use. Would be a little better if you can have multiple bookings open at one time but its a minor problem :-)

Please optimize for bigger screen iPhones as well as add passbook support and Ill give it 5 stars

Managed my entire booking through this app, it even showed flights on other airlines through the same booking. Easy to check in, choose seats and add boarding passes to Passbook for convenient access. On top of all this, the app looks great. Only bug I encountered was difficulty selecting the checkbox of "I understand check-in baggage restrictions". Had to hit it several times before it registered, thats why I couldnt give it a perfect rating.
