It is simply the best airline app and gets better with every update. It certainly has surpassed the LH app which used to be my favourite.
Hello, everyone. So I am having this kind of problem, I am not able to find my booking via the app and do my online check-in, but from my mobile web browers everything is okay the same and when its from a PC device everything is okay. So please could you fix this kind of bug. Thank you.
The app has a nice UI, but frequently fails to display sear maps. They often appear distorted or not at all. Worse, though, is the apps loss if memory. What is the value if an app if it has to ask me for passport data or my email address every time I want to check in, which can be several times a week?
Works well for the most part if you stick to basic requests. Code share flights (IB operated for example) are a disaster.
Doesnt even compare to Delta, American or Uniteds apps. Cant change seat or look at seat map. I was able to get a mobile boarding pass to iOS wallet though.
This app is so handy to have, and has such a great and easy-to-use layout. If you fly BA somewhat often, I would definitely recommend it!
Finally they have updated the app for the people like me who have the plus size phones Looks so much nicer now youve gotten rid of all the large chunky graphics Well done
I really like the new features and design of the new version of this app that was released a couple of months ago. But the newest update (3 days ago) is buggy. It crashes every time I do a search for reward flights.
Tried to use this for the family Europe trip, but it didnt do anything I expected it to. Could not get boarding passes to load into the wallet app on the way to Europe, so I ended up having to print them. Checking in on the way back it wanted me to enter passport information for 3/4 passengers even though all the info was already there. So I used the web site to check in. Once checked in I went back to the app and it said it could not determine my eTicket number, and to refresh the page, so I did. Same error, so I killed the app and reloaded. Same error. I hit continue and it still says it cant give me boarding passes. What is the point of online checkin and app checkin if I cant use it to get boarding passes?
When I try to see my booked flights the App doest show them and instead it displays the following error message: "Sorry, we were unable to show one or more of your bookings due to a problem with our system" even when added the booking manually the same thing. I dont know why a company like BA is not solving all these errors. Im disappointed with BA
I can never add an existing booking with BA in this app - always gives an error message. Completely dysfunctional and useless app. Their mobile site is just as bad! When you try to check in online, it goes into infinite loop of asking for a booking reference. Terrible!!
Please implement Touch ID. It is very frustrating to have to log in every time the app updates. And also confusing because on the web you can use your email address as the account name, but the app requires a user number. Argh!!
