This is a relatively clunky app. Im not sure where things are breaking down. Perhaps the app is little more than a wrapped browser, but it fails with regularity. Poor

Great App. Recommend it.

The checkin flow needs a better design. Too many different check in options and buttons to click just to check in for a flight that the app knows about already. Especially confusing if the booking is for more than one passenger. Now that Ive succeeded. I might like it better, but still to many screens and clicks; click the flight you want to check in; scroll to the bottom past all the check in options to click Provide Passport information: instead of passport information a dialog asks to confirm you approve sharing information with all passengers on the booking, but tick the box that says you approve before clicking continue, then back to the page with all legs of the trip, find the flight for which you want to check in, choose how to receive the boarding pass and then click Check in Now but first tick the Check in Now box, then a page with all passengers on the booking, choose the flight you just checked into, request to download the boarding pass, the app shows the boarding pass, then it says the boarding pass isnt saved, so click the Add link. Yichs! My traveling companion used the website and it was easy as 1, 2. 3.

The BA app is user friendly. What I like about it most is the real time info it provides

Just like it says, BAs app is easy to use, fast and sure. Its a nice feature to a great carrier.

Whats the point in having select seat function that doesnt work?

No matter how many times I tried to add my booking it kept giving me an error and directed me to the BA site so whats the point of having the app? It has all my info when I log in including my recent searches but not my booking and I cant add it.

I have been gold for years but the cannot remember any of my details....I thousands of point but the are worthless as far as upgrades or any other use for me....BAs program is the worst.

... And a must have for anyone flying with BA.

Not only excellent for BAW flights but also for any code share flights in same reservation.

Bad doesnt do the upgrade as promised.

I dont want to sound rude, but the whole online experience with BA is a tragedy

The application is very practical and user friendly. Very easy to keep track of flight information and the check-in.

The app is simply incredible.

For a major airline this app remains one of the worst mobile experiences in the industry. Frustratingly slow. Why do I have to put in a ticket booking reference to find my flight. As a frequent flyer on OneWorld you have my traveler number and my name - its not that hard to connect to my flight.

The reason it didnt score a 5 is because I have problems with new bookings especially in high seasons. The app cuts me out and I have to start again. Once I made the reservation on the website I then manage it well from here. And online checking in is now much easier.

Easy and super fast to use.

Instead of making Apple Wallet compatible boarding pass available on the website, they force you to download another crappy app. I guess somebodys bonus depends on the number of downloads.
