One of the hardest airline apps to use. Basically a wrapper for the website. Impossible to change seats after checking in. Weird, unexpected UX like certain functions on front page and others requiring "manage my booking." Need to "exit this booking" to see other bookings. Offers upgrades and then wraps web pages that are hard to scroll around and not designed for mobile. Does not update the departure information for delays in passbook. Signed out of flight and brought up return flight in the midst of a long delay so couldnt check status. Not designed for larger displays like iPhone 6 Plus.

...short, precise and to the point. One of the most, if not the most usable airline apps available. A pleasure to use.

Its ok - not great. Takes a long time to update and sometimes is in conflict with local airport information. Im used to apps being ahead of the game and providing the most current status. For anything complicated, you need the website. For easy things like delays, gate information or boarding passes, its fine.

The app does what It should. Easy to move through.. Check In alerts.. Boarding pass downloads to Passport with ease. Cant complain

This app is quite simply the best - I travel a lot with may airlines - this app beats other by miles - simply the best!

The app is decent if you fly alone. I never do anymore and that makes this app very difficult to go paperless. I quit trying and have to print paper again...

It wont load. It wont delete. It just sits on my screen greyed out claiming it is "installing." Worthless.

Same problem as others...its been a week now. Im just waiting for an update that will actually install on my phone rather than just a grey installing icon.

You can check in for multiple flights, but only get boarding passes for one as if you werent checked in for the other. During this time, it also offers to upsell seats, even if one has been assigned. Glad that it does have passbook integration st least.

This app is beyond CRAP. Every time I enter my reservation number, it gives me an error. If I try via the mobile website, it works, but then to get my boarding pass it says to first log in via the app. Guess what? That doesnt work! I get the same error as in the beginning. How can you be a billion-dollar airline and have an app that doesnt even work well enough to let you get your boarding pass?!

The app does the job, essentially lets you check in and generate the boarding pass, check gate info, and any possible delay in flight time. But dont expect wonders. I wasnt able to deviate ever so slightly from basic functions: changing seats seems impossible. All in all, worth having!

This is a great app. Im highly impressed esp in comparison to other airlines & similar apps.

So I saw a special and got the British Airways credit card. Now looking at the flights after using this credit card for over a year and spending 20k all the flights to anywhere make you fly through London! Making you pay these ridiculous fees that are just as high as a flipping ticket. Its a Jip and so BA . The app doesnt give you good options for multiple flights! If I would have bought a ticket to Spain the costs would be $888 with the Avios rewards its 88,000 points plus $670 for fees!!! Not worth spending 20K within first year I could have just used AA and got first class tickets with no fees!!

one of the best apps , i use american and BA , Qatar, Emirates, and many other airlines. British Airways has the best app of all, you can do so much with it.

I love the app. Its very easy to find my reservations, check my Tier Points, and even browse fares. My one gripe is that it doesnt allow me to look at multi-city fares. Otherwise, great job BA!

Its a really good app

The app saves time and easy to navigate. If you have problems with navigation, then, there might be problem with your internet. Not bad at all- Salih Adeleke

Continually gets when error when attempting to retrieve mobile boarding pass

The upgrades seem to be working. The flights are updating now without me having to login again and the check-in was fast and worked properly.
