Managed my whole trip to the U.K. and India on that app, completely paperless. Clean interface. The only complaint I have is that it could be faster. The loading screens are long.

Easy to check-in and check my Executive Club account. I wish the app offered the ability to purchase tickets outside of the U.K., as I live in Canada.

5.15 doesnt download. I can no longer use my BA app because its stuck trying to download. I cant delete it so I can download it anew. HELP!

Third botch of a major update to BA app. Check in now requires reentry of tel and email which is already on the system either in the booking and/or EC profile. A real annoyance

This app was easy to use for check-in. Nice design and very functional.

The online boarding passes that add to Apple wallet make it so much simpler when getting to the airport. I cant print off boarding passes at home when Im traveling, BA makes it easy to avoid that step. Much smarter than some of the budget European airlines.

In a long history of botched app updates BA has done it again. Im checked in, have a checked in confirmation, but the app system is incapable of recognizing this and will not load a boarding pass. Have not tested yet, but will see if the fingerprint feature, which has been promising a faster service for over a year, still leads to the bloody password page, and if when checking in, the app still requires entry of an email address and phone number. Has it never occurred to the questionably competent app designers that this info is already on the booking and that they are alienating loyal (not for much longer) customers?? Really.

By far the best airline app out there. Everything is intuitive and easy to use - making checking in and booking flights a nice, easy experience.

Excellent and easy to use.

Every time the phone went to sleep or I switched to another app, the boarding pass would disappear and I would need to re-download. Before my flight I had no connection and couldnt get my boarding pass!!!
