It works but not completely.
I use often and find it works but not reliably and not completely. Many aspects work fine but these are the less complex activities. Finding bookings made through the web system is not always reliable and the users account does not update automatically forcing the need to find the booking reference number. Also check in gives an error that systems are not responding and you are urged to try again. However, check in has completed and the boarding pass has been issued and after a short period is issued and can be accessed. There is a long standing message re systems update and encouragement to use the app or online means which leaves the user confused at first but is best simply ignored.
