At least for me this useless - as most people I would like to get a mobile ticket via this app. But the app does not identify the booking number. The website does but refers to the app when asking for a mobile ticket. Please learn the basics - all other airlines know how to do this.... And if you want to see something funny try the app support with an iphone and try to typr something in

For me as a frequent flyer efficiency is absolutely important. The app regularly crashes, doesnt find my flight details although my member details are up in the app (and a available). Moreover, they always ask me to renter contact details when checking in although my contact details dont change. Very poor app to be honest, especially for the main purpose of it - checking in efficiently...

Nice app and easy to find flights

Most airlines have apps, but the iOS version for BA is by far the easiest to use and most informative of anyones out there. Id say the standard others try to match. Like everything BA - fantastic!!

I travel a lot on many airlines. This is one of the better apps.

This latest version has a problem. When you save flights they used to refresh each day and show the new day and the last two flights from the day before. This no longer happens. Please fix this, I need the six flights into and out of my station to be there all the time! Also on Tracked Flights, the Arrival Time is automatically updated, but please also update the Departure Time. It always shows On Time even if the flight has been delayed. I need an accurate record for all flights. Great design though. As of 30 June 2014, the feed to tracking flights is broken. App says cant find any flight of my search LHR to YYZ. There are three flights in and out.

I have to say, great app. Able to check-in through the app really quickly and retrieve boarding pass for storage in Passbook. Especially good for BAEC members as you can simply login and have all your bookings.

The original app was fantastic. The version before this latest update was bug-ridden and didnt work for me at all (couldnt find my flights, couldnt check in, couldnt stay logged in). Ive been using latest update for a week and it had bugs when trying to choose seats and check in. Not sure youve sorted all the bugs BA.

Works exactly as you expect, with check in and grabbing boarding passes a breeze.

Great app. But can use an option to manage more than 1 booking

Keeps timing out when trying to check in, cant get boarding pass and cant check into multiple flights at a time. Dont waste your time on this app.
