The worst airline app ever: checkin is broken!
I tried to check in for a flight to the U.S., and the app failed to add passenger details, saying that "there is a problem with your data", without saying what exactly is wrong. It is a sign of bad software development and bad QA process. I had to check in on a laptop, and it totally undermines the whole meaning of a mobile app. Worst user experience ever. Shame on BA!
