Tha app looks great, but has several issues that cant be ignored. First of all, when checking in 24h in advance, if you change your seat number, the app will check you in, but it wont give you the e-ticket to save in you passbook. And secondly, when trying to book or upgrade a flight with Avios points, 90% of the time the app freezes and wont let you complete the booking or or upgrade. All in all a good looking app, but with some major flaws in functionality for the day to day cuatomer.

Fairly powerful and stable. Heading for 5 stars. Making cal entries from BA schedule would be nice.

It is Very annoying that I have to put passport details again and again by every check in. When I am flying with Lufthansa all personal information are stored in the app.

Sorry. I cant change the seats. Your system cant connect Visa or Paypal. Last week and this week the same sh*** :( All data are correct and the ok from Paypal or Visa I received on my Phone. But BA says "Sorry, we cant connect with our system ..."

good to handle

There is a LOT to improve! I realy like BA and must say one of the best net carriers out there. But the app is very complex and overloaded. Just want to see my booking, check-in and get the phone number of the travel agent who can help in emergencies..
