Another botched version
In a long history of botched app updates BA has done it again. Im checked in, have a checked in confirmation, but the app system is incapable of recognizing this and will not load a boarding pass. Have not tested yet, but will see if the fingerprint feature, which has been promising a faster service for over a year, still leads to the bloody password page, and if when checking in, the app still requires entry of an email address and phone number. Has it never occurred to the questionably competent app designers that this info is already on the booking and that they are alienating loyal (not for much longer) customers?? Really.
